Poor quality, awful company customer service

Cheap build quality, arrived with cheap broken plastic thumb throttle, Swagger customer service could care less about you or your purchase. Wish I would have listened to other buyer responses instead of paid reviewers on YouTube and other social media.

Scooter is Good but mine was broken

Goes up to 20 mph and runs smooth it?s just mine had manufactured related issues which resulted with the folding option became a problem even after placing safety pin it folded on me mid ride while going 20mph and I gained severe bruises on my arm while being on the other side of the road

Swagtron does not live up to advertised speed.

It is a good looking scooter that is advertised to go up to 18 mph. The other things that was appealing is that it holds up to 320 lbs. The problem is that when a large man is riding on it, it won't go any faster than 11 mph. So even though it is advertised to do both, the weight definitely slows down the speed. We have a Segway that is also advertised for up to 18 mph but the max weight is 250 lbs. The same man can go faster on the Segway than the Swagtron. I would probably not recommend this until it is for someone under 200 lbs.

Low build quality

After a few days the plastic throttle level snapped off. It made it really difficult to make it go. After another week the part where it folds stopped holding the main bar up so it became unusable. Before that we also noticed battery power was already noticeably reduced from the original levels. It just doesn't feel like they put much thought into making this a scooter that lasts.

Excellent customer service

The product was slightly damaged in transit, but I must say that Adorama's customer service was excellent! They were quick to respond and stayed in constant email contact with me as the problem was resolved. The product was purchased as a gift, and I look forward to seeing my nephew's reaction at Christmas!
