I bought a bundle of cameras 3 months ago and two stop working. I haven't spoken to anyone yet. I would like replacement of faulty cameras . Thanks

Great camera but had trouble with postage/delivery. Order took over two weeks to arrive after being quickly dispatched it went to three incorrect post offices before being returned to sender as Swann had placed the incorrect address on the parcel. Eventually got here after I raised the issue with Swann who blamed Australia post. Raised the issue with Australia post who blamed Swann. In the end the parcel arrived well travelled around the country. Incorrect address was printed on the delivery sticker so it was never going to make it on its own. Product is as describe and does what it is intended to do.

Renewed cameras when old ones were outdated. 60 percent discount. Since then they work when I go live view but when required to record they do it sometimes. Not very often. I have just signed up but no better. Something wrong. Do u have any answers. They use to work.?

Bought this as a replacement camera for an existing NVR system. Overall, a well built and good quality camera. Mobile app and PC software can sometimes be a little buggy and could do with bit more polish but still very usable nonetheless. After sales online support could do with some improverment as well. More suited to those who know what they're doing than a novice.

We recently moved into a home where there was an old Swann DVR4 system installed but not operating and clearly had been unused for years. When we tried to turn it on, there was no joy. So we phoned the technical team at Swann who very patiently and methodically helped initiate the system with the latest software and firmware. They eventually identified however that the cameras were old and outdated and did not support the current smartphone capabilities. So the tech team suggested new 1080MSFB cameras, which we were able to purchase online and at a great price. It was such an easy process and they were delivered so quickly. Better still, the new cameras installed easily and linked into our refreshed DVR4 system seamlessly. Thanks to the Swann team, we now have an awesome security system that works a charm. We are so happy with Swann.

I bought the complete security set of 6 wireless cameras about a year ago ,Im so hapoy that I can see my house and property at any time on my phone, when I'm away ,with alerts and great quality pictures that are recorded,it's so easy to maintain,just plug in the charger every 3 weeks ,when the battery light is on ,and mounts easy in any location with magnetic feature,Thankyou Swann for making my life easier!!

Decent cameras , was hoping for better , clearer images for 4k , these cameras are under the eaves of my house and still managed to get moisture behind the lens, so much for being waterproof in snow, ice or rain. Called technical assist, no help, no offer to replace. Had to buy 2 replacement cameras that took on moisture only 3 years old. Not good quality , no wonder they only warranty for 12 months!

But there's three or four years ago and it has never worked correctly. It rarely picks pictures of people walking by up. It beeps at me all the time but there's nothing to look at. And it's very slow even though it's only 30 ft from my router.

Poor battery life and reliability, I've had to replace three of my original four cameras. Also don't respond fast enough to be useful in capturing activity eg a person can be gone or almost of our shot before the capture begins. Probably make better paperweights than security cameras.
