Absolutely AMAZING!

I bought a 8 camera system for our new store. The last system we bought for a branch in Christchurch was a Concrrrrrrd!!! system which was an absulute NIGHTMARE to install and only to find that we cannot view online on our desktop. I must mention, we sent 10 emails to Concrrrrrd!!! support and got Z E R O response. So it was ripped out and thrown in the trash. This 8 camera Swann is just amazing! It took 20min to add this to our devices online and setup on our mobiles. I cant believe how easy it is. Why Concrrrrrd!!! sells CCTV systems when Swann is light years more advanced, is curious to say the least. Thanks you so much Swann, your product is just incredible.

Additional Camera

I order this additional camera to have for a replacement if one of my cameras fail. The problem is I am unable to disconnect the base from the camera for installation. I am very happy with the Swann 4575dvr, just don't know why I can't disconnect the base. Read the instruction several times and still the same problem.

it is ok

The camera was easy to mount and set up, however the picture does not seem to be as good as the 1080p ones that came with system. It is more vibrant in colors, but it is super grainy when you zoom in. The night vision is not as clear or bright either. Over all it is better than nothing. Just could be better

Good looking camera

In my previous review I stated the only thing wrong with the 2 cameras was they would not go into night vision mode. Called Swan support and they said camera was not compatible with my Swan DVR. Wrong. Got reply from online review here saying it is settings in DVR. Wrong. I figured out only the light sensor in the camera decides if it is dark enough to go into IR mode. Not the DVR settings. I figured IR mode is a higher power requirement and my 2 new cameras are on a standard 60 foot Siamese cable and an 200 foot Swan extension Siamese cable located in my horse barn which was working with 2 720 res Swan cameras for 2 years. To test possible power issue I attached the provided 120vac to 12vdc power adapter to power in the barn and plugged it directly into camera. Now it works. These new cameras need more power and will mot work with 260 feet of cable. Please add to your list of things to help customers because you dropped the ball on this one

Good looking camera

Replaced 2 720 res cameras with SWPRO 1080-MSD cameras and they work great during the day but do not work at night. Is there a switch for LED operations. Both act the same. No night vision. Did I get 2 bad ones?
