I compare this service to ATT horrible Waiting on the phone for probably 30 minutes plus Requested the callback option and nothing. I have 1 camera started flickering offline and on again System is about 4 weeks old new from Sams. So today the camera is very dark compared to the other during the day. I?ll know more later tonight. You can see the difference between the two same camera. Outside of this camera and service the system appears OK. I had Swann about six years ago and that unit won?t stay online. I tossed that unit. Nothing jacks me up more is the useless text bots I?ll stop buys product from people who waist my time with that.

Purchased our kit with 4 cameras. The video quality and sensitivity was perfect for our needs. One camera had the LED's fail after a few months. After a battle with multiple Swann reps we did eventually receive a replacement camera that worked. A few months later and the LED's have failed on the remaining cameras - this feature failing at night results in footage that is useless. Have tried to replace the cameras that are no longer covered under warranty only to find the add-ons don't work with our DVR. We are so disappointed with our investment and indeed the support from Swann customer service. After months of searching for replacement camera's we will scrap this system for something else.

Purchased original system mid January 22 required additional camera. Additional camera was easy to purchase on line from Swann Aust, well packed for transport, arrived when scheduled, easy to add to the existing system.

I bought these cameras after our home was broken into, and I love everything about them! The only thing I would do differently is buy wireless. Though the guys were able to get this wired in a day, I needed another cable to hook up the fourth camera. Red and blue flashing police style lights are great, and sensitivity is amazing; you can increase or decrease this feature. The app allows me to see what’s going on, but it’s a little slow getting on at times, they need to update that for quicker visuals. Overall, superb quality imaging and they do a great job at letting me know even when there’s a bird flying by my cameras; wireless would be better.

I purchased these based on reviews I read and that was my mistake. This is my first wired system and I had it professionally installed however I think the guys didn’t connect the alarms but anyway, for a wired system it’s really no better than the Wi system that I replaced it with. I ordered a add on bullet camera and haven’t been able to get it connected with the dvr, I’ve reached out to swann but no answer, been a week almost.

If you are in my situation and your package came with 6 of these cameras, then you will also feel my frustration. The spotlight on this camera can not be turned off until daylight returns. I have 6 of these around my house which illuminates you if you go outside to check on something (not safe.
