While the S-3602D 2-Channel Charger/Adapter is specifically designed for the SWIT S-8D58 and S-8D62 batteries, it also boasts compatibility with Panasonic VW-VBD58 and CGA series D54, D28 DV batteries. This versatile charger is an essential tool for photographers and videographers, offering dual channel simultaneous charging capabilities.

Each of the two charging channels delivers a DC 8.4V, 2A output, allowing for the efficient charging of two batteries at the same time. This feature is further enhanced by the inclusion of 4-level LED charging indicators for each channel. These indicators provide real-time capacity updates, showing the percentage of charge in an easy-to-read format.

The S-3602D Charger/Adapter is not just a battery charger, it also functions as an AC-DC adapter. It features two 5.5mm/2.1mm pole sockets for DC adapting output. These sockets work simultaneously and provide a total DC 8.4V, 3.5A output.

Included in the package is a dummy Panasonic VW-VBD58 / CGA series battery adaptor (S-7500P). This handy accessory allows the charger to adapt to Panasonic DV cameras that use VW-VBD58 or CGA-D54/D28 series batteries, or any equipment with the same battery mounts.

The S-3602D Charger/Adapter employs an advanced charging curve, following a two-period approach for Li-ion charging. The first period involves constant-current charging at the maximum rate until the battery reaches a specified voltage. The charger then switches to the second period, the constant-voltage period, where it provides just enough current to maintain the voltage, preventing overcharging.
