The S-1223F monitor is equipped with a Video Analysis Assistant Pattern Waveform, Vector scope, and Histogram, which convert digital video quality information such as Luma, Color, and Saturation into patterns. These patterns can be individually switched on or off, and their display position, size, color, and translucence can be customized according to user preference.

The monitor also supports embedded audio monitoring, with SDI-16ch and HDMI-8ch embedded audio meters display. It includes marks and audio abnormal alert information, and users can select any 2 channels audio to output via a 3.5mm socket or speakers. The audio meter pattern position can be customized, and users can choose to display only 2 channels, 8 channels, or the full 16 channels.

The S-1223F monitor supports UMD and Text-Tally display of TSL 3.1/4.0 protocol, with 1-126 TSL address selection and a maximum of 8 letters displayed. It also features 3DLUT Color Calibration with built-in De-Log LUTs and User LUT upload, allowing for accurate color calibration. Users can upload their own 3DLUTs to the monitor via a USB stick.

The monitor is equipped with a standard USB port for firmware upgrades, eliminating the need for a PC connection. It also features a 3-color TALLY light with RS485 input signal, and the pins of the RS485 port can be defined by users to control the TALLY lights.

The S-1223F monitor also includes Waveform Y/Pb/Pr/R/G/B and single line, Vector Scope, Histogram R/G/B/Y parallel display, and Audio Meter Level features, all designed to provide comprehensive control over video and audio quality. The GPI Interface and Control via the RJ45 (RS485) port on the rear panel supports UMD control and GPI functions setting and control, adding to the monitor's versatility and user-friendliness.
