To install, simply unscrew your current V-mount plates, cut the wiring of the existing plates and the connect blocks, clip our Direct Connect plates onto the existing wiring, and reattach the Apex Direct Connect plate. This process requires no soldering skills or tools, making it a breeze for even the most novice users.

Please note that this modification is only necessary to harness the high voltage efficiencies of the Apex HV packs. Standard Apx360v packs will function without any modification to the lighting ballast.
