JEREMIAH R : One of my batteries (I have two of these) doesn't seem to be charging anymore. I've tried them both with both chargers and one battery will charge with either charger, and one battery won't charge with either charger. What can I do?LEE M : I actually have the exact same problem and they won't return my emails. I've had it replaced once already. I hate these batteries. You'll probably have to send it in to be replaced.ANDREW R : For tech support or troubleshooting I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer.

Shopper : can you mount your camera on to the powerbase-70 and then attach powerbase-70 to a tripod?MICHAEL H : I suppose you could, but why would you want to? There are enough connections to mount camera to battery and battery to tripod.Phillip B : The battery pack has a 1/4 inch thread on the bottom, as well as the quick release adaptor on the top, so yes you could mount your camera to the battery pack using the quick release plate and then mount a tripod plate to the bottom of the battery......however I'm not sure how stable it would be given that the blackmagic is pretty heavy and you might find a small amount of play on the quick release mounting plate. You'd probably be better off mounting the camera to the tripod, and then mounting the battery to the top of the cameraANDY S : This is a wonderful battery. I used it with my black magic and charge last for an entire day of shootingSCOTT M : Yes. You can attach the battery either above or below the camera.JUSTIN H : Yes, but make sure your camera, lens, and rig don't weigh more than 3-4 pounds or so. It's not made for much more.ABDULRAZZAQ A : For me I use it the opposite way. The battery on top of the camera and the camera directly to the tripod. as its more stable that way.ALAN A : Yes, it has a post built-in for just that purpose.CALEB M : yes there are threads on the bottom too
