Reduces angle of light to various angles for hair or background spots, or to limit spread of light on products. Lots of options in a small package. I already had three grid holders and bought a 65 degree reflector that accepts these grids as well. Again, lots of options in small packages for studio or location.

The product works very well giving the effect I was looking for in my photography. The price was even better for a person within a budget. Felt good when I received the product and it delivered results after the first shot. Get it you won't regret it!

Use this on 7 inch speedotron reflector. The best thing is that its much cheaper than the oem

[...]So now I have a total of 6 [...] Also, the grids do not come in 10,20, 40, 60, they come in a set of 10, 20, 30, 40 which is exactly what the other brands like alienbees and speedotron offer.Overall, happy with this purchase. Thanks Adorama!

I was ready to buy the 3 grid set of grids made by my strobe manufacturer when I came across this 4 grid set that fits my strobes. Four grids and half the price = no brainer.

These are good grids and probably work as designed, but there are a couple of issues. First, they do not fit the Flashpoint II monolights, at least not the 320a's. I purchased several of these at the same time as the grids since the description states it will fit the Flashpoint II monolights, but the reflectors are 7-5/8 inches across and these grids are only 6-1/2 inches plus the spring clip. So they would definitely fit a 7 inch reflector just fine, but the new Flashpoint II lights come with bigger reflectors. Now if only I can find a 7 inch reflector to use with my new flashes! Second, the description states that the grids included are 10, 20, 40 and 60 degrees. Actually they are labeled as 10, 20, 30 and 40. I can't test to be sure which is correct, but that is how they are labeled. So, 4 stars for a great price for something that probably works great, if you have the right reflector to mount this to. I will be returning these unless I can find a smaller reflector to use these in.

I use this product to light the background for subject separation. It works great as I expected. Buy it if you're serious about photography. Don't wait a second, just get it.

These are a great set of grids. I got them on sale, which was an even better deal! I was a little worried the wouldn't fit the my strobes standard 7" reflector, but they fit perfectly and are do what they say. I would highly reccomend these if your looking for a good set of grids for just about any strobe that has a 7" reflector.
