Tenba Fulton Backpack 10L - I have the Lowepro Hatchback 16L backpack (in both blue and black) which I used as a day/weekend pack for my Canon 5D Mark IV and subsequently my R5 (body with RF-EF adapter and 24-70 f/2.8 II attached, 16-35mm f/4, 70-200mm f/2.8 II, 600-ex flash and accessories) for the last few years. Though there is no dedicated tripod holder, I was able to attach a carabiner hook to attach my travel Gitzo 1545T to the handle of the bag, which worked well. I wanted something a bit more compact for my city excursions? maybe my R5 with a lens attached (usually my 16-35mm or 24-70) and space for an extra lens (70-200 f/2.8) at times. I really like the slim profile of the Hatchback 16L (about 5.5 ? 6? deep). I am also not the biggest person (5?7?/150lbs) so having small backpack doesn?t look to awkward on me. I looked at a few options including the Lowepro m-trekker 150 which I liked but found it too similar to my Hatchback 16L. I came upon the Tenba Fulton backpack series. I like the super slim profile or them and the rolltop feature, which I have never had before. They also have a dedicated tripod straps on each side. In my search, I found that many retailers were out of stock of these. The Fulton series comes in 14L and 10L versions, both in either black or tan. Before committing to one, I wanted to try them out to see if they can fit what I need in a daytrip while providing enough protection for my gear. I was able to find a store with both versions. I was happy to find that the 10L (which I was initially aiming for) was able to hold my R5 with the 24-70mm f/2.9 II attached even with the EF-RF adapter attached. That setup measures 5.5? high, 4.25? deep, 8.25? long. It could also fit a 70-200mm f/2.8 II lens which measures 8.75? long. That main camera compartment measures 8.75? long, 6.5? high and 4.75? deep. I was also happy to see that the top rolltop area can also fit the 70-200mm (long) but also can extend it?s area height from 5? up to about 10?. You can fit a lot in that area: extra lens, flash, accessories, clothes, etc? I was ultimately able to fit my R5 with 24-70 attach, filter pouch, 70-200mm, 16-35mm, 600-ex flash, EL-100 flash, some other smaller accessories and my Gitzo 1545T tripod on the side. The tripod pouch on the side can also be used for more storage or a water bottle. I was able to comfortably hold my tripod in there after inverting the lens. Without inverting the legs, I simply can use the carabiner hook to hook onto the handle, There is a smaller pocket on the other side as well. The front flat compartment can be used for memory cards, documents or even an iPad (I was able to fit the standard 9.7? ipad in there). For a 10L bag?this holds a LOT! I would recommend this as a great daytrip bag for anyone with a mirrorless camera and even those with full (gripless) DSLRs (height may be an issue ? see measurements above to confirm that your camera model can fit).

I have not yet received this product. But the service I received is top shelf. I had put the wrong address and called customer service and the help I had received was above and beyond.

I was looking for camera bag that qualifies as Personal Item on most European airlines so it fits under this seat and came across this Tenba Fulton 14L. Perfect size to fit in my A7Rii with L-bracket, 16-35mm f4, 70-200mm f4, Batis 25mm f2, 3 rounder 67mm filters in filter case. In the camera section there is still some space above lens to stuff chargers and batteries if you want. Then on the top rolltop section I stuffed 3 spare batteries, sensor cleaner, sensor air blower, spare LX100 camera with charger and spare battery. I also put in woolen gloves, beanie, and rain-cover for the backpack (incase one). Still, there is plenty of space left to put some snacks and more. Then inside flat storage area there is a slot to place your passport, 9.7" tablet, pens, memory cards, camera raincover, and any documents. In the side bottle holding elastic pocket I put 10,000mAh portable battery with couple of cables. On the other side there is another pocket in which I can put tripod legs and wrap it in the top clip-on belt but I choose to stuff in some first-aid items in there. Coming to the backpack itself, it's very low profile, stylish, and very high quality built like any Tenba backpacks. Very well thought out design. Cons: 1. Wish the front pocket that holds iPad is little more expandable. 2. Wish they provided rain-cover as Tenba is known to provide raincovers to most of their bags.
