Sounds good, great little delay unit

Has a musical sounding delay mostly from it's modulation which really helps the delayed guitar sounds have it's own character and therefore doesn't compete for attention from the undelayed live input.

One of the best

You can’t go wrong with this delay pedal. I’m using it to get David Gilmour type of delays. When I combine this pedal with Dawner Prince Boonar (Swell on), i get amazing atmospheric delay sound.

Very Versitle, next best thing to a rack mount

This delay has been around for quite a while. Don't let that fool you. It is still top shelf for a pedal delay. Sounds great and definatley worth the sale price.

This is one delay pedal that actually makes my life easier!

I'm a pedal junkie, and this one is a great addition to my board. Stereo ping pong is what sold me, as well as the ability to have 9 presets. This is one delay pedal that actually makes my life easier!

I like mine

I love the 100% mix with ping pong setting. Very versetile. I wouldn't recommend this delay if you plan on switching quickly between effect types. It's great for in the studio at least and on/off once you've aet some presets.

Has a lot of functions, but...

I really wanted to like this pedal, especially at the sale price I bought it for. Nevertheless, I returned it. I have around 10 delay pedals, each having its own personality and use. This pedal would be better for someone wanting a do-it-all device. It has plenty of different delay functions, but I prefer less menu driven pedals. I recommend the Empress delay for someone wanting a multi function delay with an analog approach. But it’s twice the cost of this. This, if purchased on sale, is ideal for the beginner or someone wanting a good budget multi function delay pedal.

Great Pedal for the Right Price

To be upfront about it, I bought this pedal with a heavy discount. That being said, TC makes some great sounding products. Although this pedal been on the market for a long time, it seems to hold up. It's interface takes a minute to get used to and you should definitely understand that there are some unusual parts about dialing in the delay, but overall it's a great pedal if you aren't in need of quickly changing a bunch of settings in a live venue. Tap-Tempo is handy and the dotted 8th note is an amazing feature. For the right price, this is worth the purchase. Shipping was really, really quick.

Delay Goes SuperNova
When you are the company that did the 2290, it's easy to get complacent. But they just want to move forward into the new and when they saw a need in the market for a compact, yet feature-rich delay pedal, they knew exactly what to do - introduce the Nova Delay!

• 6 studio quality delay types
• Preset- and manual mode
• 9 user programmable presets
• 6 studio quality digital delay types
• Two switchable settings: manualand preset
• Up to 2290 ms delay time
• Audio Tapping - audio-generated tap tempo
• Modulated delay
• Delay spillover

6 Super Sounds - Endless Possibilities
Nova Delay houses 6 delay types and 2290 MS of delay time. Add the modulation options and you've got yourself a delay that came to play!

Manual or Preset
Combining the ease of use of presets with the freedom and control, Nova Delay offers a manual mode plus 9 presets. You can toggle between manual mode and one of the presets at any time.

Set To Stay
Nova Delay features room to rock with 9 preset positions you can fill with sounds you can instantly recall.

Backstage Pass - All Access
Nova Delay has an awe-inspiring range of sounds, but dialing in sounds is easy-peasy and the controls are so distinct you'll always immediately hear what you're doing.

Delay
Sets the amount of delay - subtle echo to synced stutter.

Feedback
Sets the amount of repeats - short and snappy or looooooong delays, it's up to you.

In and Out
Go mono or stereo depending on your rig, set-up or wishes - stereo does give a nice wide angle to things though.

Power
Nova Delay uses a 12 volts (DC) adapter - and guess what? They've included it in the box!

Rock An Atomic Clock
Ok, it's not THAT precise, but Nova Delay allows you to dial in delay times with pinpoint accuracy - both in Milliseconds or in BPM.

Nature VS Nurture
Nova Delay functions equally well with presets or in manual mode. There's 9 presets available for you to fill with your most daring delays and manual mode is a quick easy what-you-see-is-what-you-get. Great for quick ideas or when inspiration strikes.

Delay Spillover
They're talking true spillover, so the delays will ring out even if you switch preset, switch to manual mode or bypass the pedal!

Game changing Modulated Delays
Adds modulation to your delay lines for and incredibly lush and beautiful delay sound.

Audio Tapping
Set delay times on the fly and hassle-free by simply strumming your guitar or tapping the tempo on the pedal.

Subdivision
Decides how the notes are divided. In dual delay mode, it's possible to have different outputs for left and right! Whatever you wanna do, the subtypes make sure your rythmic delays are in time with your music/band/backing track.

Color
This cool know allows you to select your flavor of delay so to speak, do you wanna channel the pristine 'here and now' vibe of a digital delay or a more loose tape sound or a lo-fi analog sound?

Mod Level
Sets the level of modulation for your delay sounds - from a slight shiver to totally overwhelming soundscapes

Mix Level
Sets how loud you want your delays in relation to the dry signal - a very cool and dynamic thing to play around with.

Dynamic Delay
Originating from the 2290, this is a delay that waxes and wanes with your playing naturally. Very cool.

Reverse Delay
Whether you want classic backwards guitar to channel your inner Hendrix or Beatle or opt for an experimental shoe gazer-approved soundscape - the reverse delay will deliver.

Ping Pong
Jumps between left and right stereo channels, giving off a nice spacey vibe.

Pan
Slowly pans across the stereo image.

Slapback
The characteristic, short delay you know from the 50s, rockabilly and country music.
