If you thought that having one loop track was fun, then wait until you try running two interweaving and perfectly synced tracks at once. It will blow you away. Run a 4 bar percussive beat in loop 1 and a 16 bar chord progression with endless layers of ambient textures underneath in loop 2 or simply have your verse and chorus set up in each track and seamlessly switch between them for an unforgettable on-stage performance. FX On The Fly
Imagine this: You got a cool dual loop going and you can see the crowd is loving it. Out of the blue you engage the Hold FX for a cool rhythmic stutter. The crowd is baffled. Then you reverse your loop and throw them into an otherworldly trance. Finally you hit that Tape Stop FX for a unique jaw-dropping finish to your piece. You look up. The crowd is dumbstruck and smoke is rising from their heads, 'cause you literally just blew their minds. This scenario (which may or may not have happened) just scratches the surface of what can be done with the 7 on-board FX. Import/Export Loop
Flip and hold the mini-toggle to store your awesome loop, so you can use it live or export it to your favorite DAW via USB and mold it into the masterpiece you envision in your head. You can also import MP3 and WAV files to the pedal via USB.

Decay For Days
Loop decay determines how fast old layers fade away, so you can keep you composition evolving at your own pace. If you don't want your loops to fade, simply set it fully clockwise and you'll never lose anything again.

Seriously In Sync
Serial mode lets you seamlessly switch between your two loops. Great for going from Verse to Chorus and back to the Verse in an instant. Sync mode lets you run both loop tracks at the same time. Perfect for otherworldly soundscapes.

Rocking Side Effects
These are your secret creative weapons. Just when the crowd think they have you pegged, you throw one of the seven inspiring loop FX at them and see how their jaws instantly fall to the floor.

Backing Track Level
Flip the switch, hold it and dial the loop level to taste in order to set the volume of your backing track.

Doubling Upon Epic
Double the fun and double the creative potential. Having two independent loops with 5 min of looping time each simply rules.

Stop, In The Name Of Loop
The dedicated stop button lets you stop both loops immediately. If you press and hold the stop button you will instantly erase your loops, so you can quickly move on to your next piece.

MIDI Magic
Get those loops perfectly in sync with an external MIDI-clock. Perfect for live-loopers that play to a backing track.

I/Oooh That's Awesome
Get those loops nice and wide with your stereo setup or go the whole nine yards and plug in two different instruments for an extremely memorable performance.

DIP switch modes
The four modes let you decide how you want your Ditto to react, so this is where you make Ditto X4 Looper inherently yours. Switch 1 changes the default Record - Play - Overdub order to Record - Overdub - Play. Switch 2 changes the default overdub mode from being instant to starting at the end of your loop cycle. Switch 3 lets you switch between your loops instantly or at the end of a loop cycle in serial mode. Switch 4 changes the looper from true bypass to buffered bypass.
