Bolt 4K transmits full HD and 4K video up to 5,000 ft. at less than 1 millisecond of delay, making it an invaluable tool for focus pullers, aerial cinematographers, gimbal operators, and those capturing tricky shots that only a Bolt system can carry out.
Our patented wireless technology produces jaw dropping, 10-bit image quality at every resolution up to DCI 4K, giving you a picture that is so detailed and color accurate that it is practically indistinguishable from an SDI cable.
Unmatched Reliability.
Bolt 4K operates over 13 certified 40MHz channels that give you more options to avoid interference than ever before. For particularly noisy environments, switch Bolt 4K into Fixed Frequency Mode to lock onto a designated 5GHz channel. We’ve also greatly improved communication between the TX and RX, resulting in better performance in challenging environments and instantaneous reconnection times.
Cinema Workflow.
On set, you want as many eyes on the shot as possible. With Bolt 4K, send video to up to 6x receivers so you can give the Director, DOP, AC, DIT and everyone on set the ability to monitor at any resolution up to DCI 4K.
True HDR Wireless Transmission.
Bolt 4K is compliant with the HLG, PQ, and HDR-10 standards, making it an invaluable tool on set for HDR workflows. Monitor your every shot in deep, brilliant colors with accurate highlights and lossless image quality, all in 10-bit and at resolutions of up to 2160p.
Manage Bolt From Your Smartphone.
With our free Bolt iOS/Android application, you can instantaneously pair your TX and RX, apply custom output settings to each RX, and manually set a 5GHz channel to operate on. We’ve also included a built in 5GHz Spectrum Analyzer, as well as a Wireless Health analysis tool so you can keep an eye on your environment to ensure you’re avoiding interference as much as possible.
Unbreakable Encryption.
Bolt 4K offers the industry’s best protection against prying eyes with AES-256 encryption and RSA 1024 key pairing. Combined, these two technologies ensure nobody can decrypt your wireless feed or connect another receiver to your system without explicit authorization
Universal Compatibility.
Flexibility on set is crucial, so we’ve designed Bolt 4K to be universally compatible with any 4K transmitter and receiver. That means a 750 model will transmit to a 1500, MAX and vice versa, all while retaining perfect image quality and any extended metadata.
Transmit To Multiple Receivers.
Our patented wireless technology allows Bolt 4K to transmit to more receivers simultaneously than previous systems without sacrificing image quality or reliability. Send a feed to the director, video village, clients, and more, with up to 6 receivers supported at the same time.
Extended Metadata & Camera Support.
Bolt 4K transmits more than just audio and video, it also sends start / stop flags, timecode, and other ancillary data over the wireless link. On the receiver side, you can upload and apply your own custom 3D LUTs to monitor each take with the look you’re after.
