This sturdy and reliable kit is designed by Teradek, a renowned brand in the film and video production industry, ensuring its durability and performance.The kit includes an Extended DSMC2 Top Plate, Version A, which is ARRI compatible. This top plate extends the low-profile DSMC2 design to cover an attached OMOD Module. It securely mates with the DSMC2 camera brain and the OMOD Module via 1/4-20 screws. The pogo pins facilitate run/stop triggers from DSMC2 handles that feature integrated record start/stop buttons, allowing the handles to be reversed and extended towards the lens. You can conveniently attach the RED 7" Touchscreen or LEMO Adapter on top or side of the DSMC2 camera without any interference with the plate.The DSMC2 Riser Plate included in the kit shims your DSMC2 camera up to standard accessory height. It is compatible with the original RED, Wooden Camera, Element Technica, and OFFHOLLYWOOD BP19. The riser plate features 1/4-20 holes for attaching cage components and accessories, and its hole alignment matches all OFFHOLLYWOOD Top Plates and Side Arms.The kit also features a DSMC2 Wide Side Arm, designed to create a cage with Teradek's Riser and Top Plate options. This arm clears the SSD Module on the operator side of the camera and includes multiple holes for versatile attachment options. The OMOD|AKS DSMC2 Low Profile Side Arm is designed specifically for using an OMOD with your DSMC2 camera. This ultra-low profile arm mounts in the space typically taken by RED's Base Expanders connectors.Lastly, the DSMC2 Side Plate in the kit attaches to any top plate or riser with 9mm spaced 1/4-20's.
