For special occasion only

The structure is very breakable, not sturdy at all. Any fall off could result in a big damage to the device. The battery cover does not close tight so it may open easily. And when it does it disconnect the mini USB cable without you noticing. I am still asking me… Why on earth I did purchase extra warranty on this one!!! Usability: if you have a phone like mine with not enough battery capacity, then it is Ok for you. ?On the other hand, when I go to special events where I have to be the whole day, it really works for me. And in case my batteries have ran out, I may go to any store and buy 4 regular ones and continue on the road again. About Charging time... It works like any charger. The only way to justify this buying is if you plan to get rechargeable batteries or if you already have them, like me that I have plenty of them. Otherwise you will end up spending a lot of money.

The Tekkeon TekCharge MP1580 Mobile Power Pack & Battery Charger uses either two or four AA batteries to provide an extra boost of juice for pretty much any USB powered mobile device on the market including iPod, iPhone, eReaders, smartphones, GPS devices, MP3 players, mobile phones and even digital cameras and camcorders.

The TekCharge works by connecting to your device with the USB cable that comes with it, or by using the TekCharge's included micro and mini USB adapters to plug directly into your device.
