Tiffen 46mm Soft/FX, Special Effects Filter #2

I was looking to soften my Tamron 35mm 1.8 a hair and i think the 1/2 is a little much but i did not see the 1/4 or 1/8th avail on Adorama's website. Ill hold onto it as it still is flattering on some. I haven't tested enough but also i'm not sure if using it is compromising the auto focus.

One of the most reliable names in the filter business gives us several excellent choices for mitigating the "digital curse" of our images. I use this as one of my go-to filters for closeups.

Great for portrait work. Nice ly softens the image without making it look blurry.

I just use it to soften the images and of course prtect my lens

I use it with Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM mounted on my Rebel XSi and EOS-3. Soft effect is as expected.
