Delivers Sparkle!!

This works as a special effect STAR filter.  GREAT!

for special STARY effect GREAT!

This filter worked well compared to less expensive filters.  Unlike the less expensive north star (8 point) filter, it did NOT produce wide points.  The 4 points were narrow and did NOT have any color banding.  This filter works best shortly before sunset to about 1 hour after sunset or with relatively bright night scenes.

Clear 4 point star pattern

this is a christmas gift, but other filter and camera parts I have bought have been great, so I think this will be great too

Christmas Gift

Used this filter on my Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S. The 4 star effect is great in photos, it adds magic. However, the bigger the light in the photo, the bigger the star, to a point that it will overwhelm the photograph. It leaves a Smokey effect in the picture which is not to my liking. Ended up returning the filter.
