Came broken, not solid, ok head

This tripod is not high quality. Right as i opened the box the grip on the pressure screw holding the center column fell out ominously. I set the tripod up seeing if i just wanted to superglue the grip back together but alas, the tripod wobbles like no other (that i have ever owned). That being said the head on this thing reminds me of somthing that might have cost several times as much.
