The head came off within a day. Luckily, I caught my camera (a brand new GH5) as it was falling off. God awful product.

Not crazy about how it was packaged to ship. Tripod box was packed in a larger box without enough bubble wrap/bubble cushion to keep it from sliding around inside larger box. Top of tripod a little beat up and missing allen wrench which was needed to loosen quick release plate that was mounted way too tightly. Wondering if this was a returned item, since I can't see head and tripod release receiving that kind of damage in shipping alone. Tripod itself seems to work well, although I can hear grease sucking when moving head around. Hope that goes away with use. For the price, trying to have realistic expectations. If I paid list, would probably have returned.

This has to be the best tripod value to be found anywhere. It offers everything that my $1000 plus setup offers but at a fraction of the price. It is sound and capable of safely supporting my heavy lens and body.
