It has a adjustable pan handle for smooth pan and tilts, offers fluid-smooth 360 deg. panning and 90 deg. up- and-down tilting. It features Separate, easy-grip knobs lock and unlock the pan and tilt mechanism. Adjustable flip leg locks are easy to use in any conditions.
