Once I figured out all the dimensions, etc. I was able to make a good selection. It is hard though, to figure out everything the will fit - especially with adaptors for mirrorless cameras. I LOVE my essential rolling backpack. It really is light enough to put on my back and holds almost everything I need.

This is a very well-made, durable backpack with 2 wheels that allow easy movement in the airport as well as over uneven terrain. All camera gear and accessories that can be accommodated by the Shape Shifter 15 V2 backpack can be easily carried in the Essentials Convertible Rolling Backpack. Questo trolley convertibile in zaino è perfetto per chi come me ha esigenze di portarsi dietro anche due corpi macchina, 2 o 3 obiettivi e flash più le varie batterie e schede . Ho scelto il trolley convertibile perché non posso portare pesi sulla schiena per troppo tempo. Unico neo negativo il lucchetto a combinazione che come L ho toccato , l'ho bloccato e pur seguendo le istruzioni di reset rimane bloccato . Non chiedo il cambio merce perché questo prodotto è esaurito e io L ho trovato unicamente presso un negoziante che ne aveva uno in magazzino.

This is an excellent bag that is great for a small system and accesories. My Canon R5 with EF100-400 and R fits well both collapsed and with reorganization of dividers extended with the lens hood ready for use. In addition it could also hold other lens and another similar Canon camera body. It rolls well and has an extending handle that is long enough to be comfortable for someone who is 6 feet tall. It could be improved with a built in patch for a business card for identification if lost and with a sleeve so it could be slipped over the handle of a larger roller. Fits very easily and nicely in the overhead of a 737 jet.

The essentials convertible rolling backpack fits my need perfectly. By going from rolling to backpack mode, I'm able to easily travel with all the essentials as well as handle rough terrain. Looking forward to using it for many future trips!

I've always used backpacks and this is my first rollerbag. The size for me is perfect. I wanted something that would force me to not be so much of a packrat and be more thoughtful about which gear I pack for shoots. That has the added benefits of me going into shoots with a solid game plan, it easily fits as an airline carry on (just small enough so it can fit under the seat if needed), and it keeps the weight manageable in backpack mode. I was a little worried about how comfortable the backpack straps were going to be but they're actually not too bad. If you keep all the straps tight and the chest strap engaged, the weight ends up at a good spot on your back. I'd give it 5 stars if it had tripod straps on both sides and smaller organization compartments on the front flaps. Other than that, this bag is great.

I really love the size and features of this bag. Like everything they make, ThinkTank related something super high-quality. The only thing I don?t like is that the compartment dividers aren?t very flexible/customizable. I wish I could get the compartments to work for a medium format camera as well as 35mm. That would make it perfect!

Over the years I have purchased various pieces of gear from Think Tank Photos, traveling with them throughout the globe. The option of the roller or back straps is a plus. There?s ample space for your essential equipment , extra gear and accessories. I am very well pleased with this purchase!
