The inclusion of a 48V Phantom Power switch enables the use of condenser microphones, expanding your recording capabilities. Additionally, the Phase or Polarity switch offers the flexibility to correct phase issues or to creatively manipulate your audio signal for the desired effect.Control is at your fingertips with the dual-knob configuration: the larger, silver knob is dedicated to setting the mic pre gain, while the smaller, black knob, designed as a fader control, adjusts the output level without the risk of accidental gain adjustments. The 8-segment LED VU meter is a precise visual aid that follows the balanced output of the preamp, with an adjustable level range from off to +28. The Peak LED, calibrated at +14VU or +18dBu, captures and displays transient peaks with accuracy.Internally, a jumper allows you to select whether the VU Meter reflects the Mic Pre Main Output or the Mic Pre Gain Stage signal, providing the engineer with the option to monitor the true mic pre gain or the post-fader output level.
