TLP606DMUSB offers 6 total outlets, 6 foot cord, 2 USB charging ports and diagnostic LED to warn of suppressor damage. Love the ability to clamp to a desk, have lots of room for regular and boxy plugs. Great for a desk with computer monitor, and other peripherals. I like that this protects all my devices from electrical issues.

Great product

One of the things that makes strip plugs so difficult is that they are always hard to get to. I love that I can clamp these to my desktop for easy access. No more crawling around under my desk!

Easy access with clamping to desktop

IMO a must have for a standing desk! Makes wiring desktop electronics and the standing desk motor to it super easy, and I think it beats screwing in an under-desk power strip. The USB ports are a nice touch too.

Great product and a reasonable price. I attached it to my desk making it very convenient for charging or plugging in devices.

I have owned several Tripp-lite surge suppressors over the years and I trust them. 
This one is ok but isn't perfect.

The good:The electrical components feel like quality parts, the cord is thick, and the outlets grip plugs very well.

Room for improvement: The housing appears to be 100% plastic. Since this is designed to be clamped to a table edge I think a metal housing would have been a better choice just in case it gets bumped hard or pulled off the table onto the floor.
The screws that are used to grip the table are also plastic. 

Note: This uses a traditional straight 3-prong plug, not a slim profile plug.

Good idea but mostly plastic construction

Tripp-Lite makes fantastic surge protectors, this one is another great product. I use it behind a tv, the clamps lock to a support bracket and hold the surge protector in place and it allows to keep all the cords hidden.

Fantastic surge protector with an excellent design.

Mounted on a computer desk. Easy to install and plenty of clamp space to attached to various thickness.
Sturdy and well manufactured. USB ports are a great feature with outlets well spaced. Would like to see 8 or 10 ft cord for other applications.

Clamp On Surge Protector

I recently purchased a desk for which I use to work from home. The kitchen table was killing me. While the desk manufacturer offered a mountable power strip/surge protector --- I knew I needed one with a name and a standard behind it. I chose Tripp-Lite. I went went the 6 outlet (with 2 USB ports) unit because of the flexibility it provided.

It mounts easily and securely to the desk and I feel the equipment attached to it is in the best hands possible. Even with several cords plugged in to the unit --- the unit doesn't budge or even look like it is strained.

This is a high quality unit and I highly recommend it!!

Would recommend this outlet for your WFH set up

I removed an older version of tripp.lite surge protector to be able to move the device behind and up off of my desk area. I love it.
It took me a day to see the best way to install, but I am good at this and it worked out fine.

I would buy this again and gladly recommend it to friends.

Very neat power strip with a clamp feature to help corral your cords under your desk or behind your TV set. I really like this brands design features, esp. the fail-safe feature that disables the power, so that you know you've been hit with a surge.

Very neat power strip

The strip outlet was a bit larger than expected however, it fits well (and out of sight!) along the backside of our end table. We use it for charging our phones, tablets, and occasionally laptops. Love that it has a couple of ports along with the actual outlets. After using for a few weeks, we appreciate the size because all of our bulky plugs fit with plenty of room! Honestly, there's nothing worse than having 6 outlets but only being able to use 3-4 because you can't plug 2 next to each other! Also love that it attaches perfectly to our end table and the strip itself is out of sight without being on the ground. Would definitely recommend.

Great item

This power strip mounted securely to the front of my desk. Gave me a switch to power everything else on as well as two USB chargibg ports and a few extra Outlets for the occasional device.

Neat and clean

Great option for shelves where you cannot drill or stick - I used this on a solid metal InterMetro shelf and got all cabling to go level with the shelf and right into the surge protector. Keeps things clean and neat and no wires dangling behind when I move the shelf. Solid clamping mechanism as well.

freed up some space and kept wires off the floor due to the clamp mounts...the built in usb freed up some slots as well. would buy again.

working as expected

So far so good. Haven't had any problems with this unit. It's a smart buy for any jeweler who needs to have a number of equipment plugged in simultaneously and within reach. My favorite part of this unit is that you can attached it to your desk, or in my case, to the backsplash of my workbench. I highly recommend this product!!
