Great technical product but design could have been thoughtful. The side outlets should be rotated 180 degrees so that a power adapter could use these locations. The top outlets should be rotated 90 degrees to also better accommodate power adapters.

I use this power board for my PC, and love that it has enough outlets for what I need, and the two side outlets give me the room I need for large transformers. Very happy with the purchase, and peace of mind knowing it has a high level of surge protection.

I use the 8-Outlet Surge Protector for my computer peripherals. I like it is nice, i like the side ports on it. I wish it had a Surge LED. I only gave it 3 stars because of the price $25.93 & I would have liked to buy the Tripp Lite ISOBAR8ULTRA Isobar 8 Outlet Surge Protector but at $60 is too much in my book. At that price I could just buy one more UPS for my peripherals. USP/Surge Protector vs. Surge Protector

Used for printer and charging area. Small, but very useful with 8 outlets!

Protection for tv, home theater and cable box. Also, second for PC, monitor and wifi. Wish it had better mounting options. Don't care for the blind keyholes for mounting.

I purchased 70 of these so our company can protect all there equipment. All 70 of them are performing flawlessly. I really like that the circuit breaker is built into the on/off switch and the unit has a built in cable management loop. We found three transformers can be plugged in without interfering with any outlets. The cord is long enough that I was able to eliminate the dreaded daisy chaining. Be aware that the plugs will be stiff when first plugging devices in. I wish there was still a way to temporarily use the unit when its used up, Should make the day interesting when computers randomly wont turn on.

I recently had lightning strike my home (or VERY close to it). My high end gaming home computer was plugged into a "protected" power strip. End result: a fried $700 liquid-cooled graphics card! Nothing else in the home was effected. Puzzled, I started looking into surge protectors/power strips and got a real education! There are many aspects of this type of protection to consider which I learned the hard way. Tripp-lite's equipment is hands-down the best. A quick reading of several competitors reviews will reveal that they don't back there products and worse yet they don't protect your investment. I will only purchase Tripp-lite from now on. Anything else is a waste of money.
