I was so happy to get my new system from ya'll. I didn't know what to do when my old went out and I was worried about my sytstem not operating. But once we ordered from them they sent out a new system really quick and I was happy that they did. If I ever need anything else I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I use this to keep my network equipment up and running if there is a power outage until my generator can kick in. This double-conversion UPS is made for this type of application. It accepts the dirty power of my generator and outputs clean steady power for my equipment!

Great UPs, high quality, external 48v connector for additional battery packs, just check the dimensions, UPS is quite deep, will not fit many network racks but has high power and good backup time.

These are our go-to UPS' for our server racks and MDF's/IDF's. The battery independent restart is the main reason we standardized on these. We've had many instances in the past where the old UPS' batteries were drained because of an extended power outage and required manual intervention to power them back on when power was restored. These will supply power even with a dead battery as long as it's getting power from the building utility.

I had the non-rackmount version of this for over 7 years. It was an absolute champ. I love the double-conversion, as it gives me a good feeling about feeding my equipment a clean 120v 60hz. It works fine with Network UPS tools, connected to either linux or a TrueNas. When it did fail, it failed in a way that kept things working. I didn't have backup protection, but not everything died immediately. This gave me enough time to replace it. I have also put a noctua fan in the back of mine, because it lives in the office with me, and the stock fan is a bit too loud. Noctua fans have a close CFM and a much much quieter noise level.

This product performs well. I've use Tripp-Lite products in commercial applications and they always perform. I looked at other products and have always returned to Tripp-Lite. I'm using this to run my home systems. Their customer support is top notch, they're always very responsive and work to resolve any issue.

I have run Tripp-lite products for about 20 years now. I recently had the need to call on the Service team for support on my Tripp-lite UPS products. No only did they pick up the phone right away but they were polite, and great to work with. Great Product and Great Company.

My home is off grid, there is a power surge when the backup generator kicks on or off. This surge often shuts down my equipment, such as TV or stereo etc. The UPS keeps all equipment running through this transition. It is EXACTLY what I Needed!

We use a couple of these devices in small offices to provide power and shut down multiple computers. Once configured the Agent and UPS perform this function fine. Cons: 1. The fan is very noisy. This system should only be considered for server rooms, not for places people will be working. 2. PowerAlert Power Management Software used to configure the UPS is a complicated beast of a program written in Java. I've run into issues just getting this software to work. Java support on newer computers is becoming less common, and I had to try multiple browsers on my Mac to get it to work. On a Windows 10 computer I had to install Firefox to get the software to work. If this is going in a server room them perhaps I would recommend it, otherwise, no.

I called TrippLite and asked if the unit would correct minor frequency issues from a backup generator. They indicated that it would. This however isn't true, in testing the unit passed 62Hz to my equipment before switching to batteries. I guess the "Online Double Conversion" only applies to voltage issues. Now I am stuck fighting to return this item to Tiger Direct because of misinformation.

This product has been a solid performer at remote transmitter sites where I need to protect sensitive electronics. Modern FM transmitters are essentially a computer that controls the RF section. We have not had one problem with these units. The web card access option is an essential feature. I am 100% satisfied.

This UPS is used to power a phone closet with PBX and other communications gear. During storms or brownouts we no longer experience vague issues with our communications gear. This has definitely reduced the number of calls to our Help Desk. Previously, we had another manufacturers mini-UPS installed and would still have unexplainable problems with our customers. We have been replacing these units with TrippLites and have been very satisfied.
