Perfect Fit
I have the 18-400mm f/3.5-5.6 and this fit perfectly. The satisfying click as it snapped in to place was good to hear. It was back ordered but came back in fairly quickly.

The single best lens cap
Wonderful lens cap, the best in the business. Beats OEM Nikon caps, and MUCH better than cheap aftermarket ones like I've had from ProMaster. I'd much rather have this on the end of my 70-200 than the flimsy Nikon one.

It?s a lens cap

Good OEM cap
OEM Tamron lens cap. Robust and well built. A bit thicker than the comparable sigma and Nikon caps.

Tamron 82mm SP Front Lens Cap
I purchased this after the original cap hit the ground and fell apart. Happily I was able to re-assemble it, but I knew I’d need a spare. I snaps into place securely. The Tamron SP 24-70mm lens it accompanies has been excellent.

Great lens cap, great value
Purchased thois as a less expensive replacement for a 77mm Nikon lens cap. It works well, with large easy to use cap releases, at least as effective as the Nikon caps, and better than Sigma caps that have smaller releases.
