review your order
sales guy removed drive from system to make price lower without telling me . I had to re order a hard drive. system cost just as much from company as on amazon. dont buy direct from company !!!!

In dealing with ordering from Amcrest and your customer service reps, I had mixed feelings. I got the sense that you are trying hard to provide the best service, and that’s a good thing. But I sensed that in some areas of customer service you/your staff are still in start up mode. Your web sites are very well done and easy to use. I have not had time to begin installing the equipment I ordered, so I can’t evaluate from that perspective or how it works. I wish you well as a growing company, and I like and appreciate your efforts to seek customer input and evaluation. Keep up doing what you have been and I’m sure you will be successful.

Great NAS drive
