I can give nothing but praise about this product, and the company I purchased it from. I was amazed, after shopping around at all the major retailers such as [@], and numorous others, by the price, and how quickly I received it, ( three days! ) with free shipping as well. I have more than once since purchasing, recommended the dealer to many friends, and everyone seems surprised with the price, that there was no shipping cost to me, the name brand, and the way it performs. I have owned this Toshiba LCD HDTV for less than six months. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE SET: NICE SLIM DESIGN & ELEGANT BLACK COLOR. EASY TO ATTACH TO PLASTIC BASE & ALSO EASY TO SET-UP HDMI CONNECTIONS TO BLU-RAY PLAYER & DIGITAL SURROUND RECEIVER. USER FRIENDLY ON SCREEN MENUS TO SET PICTURE, SHARPNESS, COLOR & SOUND TO MY PREFERNCES. PICTURE VERY CLEAR VIRTUALY BLURR FREE & BEAUTIFUL BRIGHT COLORS. WHAT I DO NOT LIKE ABOUT THE SET: PHANTOM GREY SHADOWS AT THE 4 CORNERS OF THE FLAT SCREEN THAT REMAIN THERE REGARDLESS OF THE BRIGHTNESS SETTINGS. THESE SHADOWS CAN BE VERY ANNOYING WHEN WATCHING MOVIES THAT ARE IN LETTERBOX FORMAT & WHEN THE SCREEN IS ALL BLACK. ALSO THE SOUND COMING OUT OF THE TV SPEAKERS IS VERY WEAK & POOR EVEN WHEN THE BASS IS SET TO THE HIGHEST SETTING. TOSHIBA ASSUMES EVERYBODY WILL USE SOUND REPRODUCTION THROUGH A SEPARATE SOUND SYSTEM. TOSHIBA ENGINEERS NEED TO GO BACK TO THE DRAFTING BOARD TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS & PRODUCE A HIGHER QUALITY HDTV SET THAT COULD BE OUTSTANDING & NOT JUST AVERAGE GOOD LIKE THIS MODEL REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE A CONSUMER PAYS. WELL, I GUESS IF YOU WANT BETTER THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE SET. I PURCHASED THIS MODEL TO FIT MY BUDGET & SO FAR I AM PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF THE SET. I LIKE TOSHIBA PRODUCTS & MY HOPE IS THAT MY INVESTMENT WILL LAST YEARS OF ENJOYMENT!!

great TV, color black not real, you can see different tones of black; not an audio out RCA plug. the rest very good.
