As an old guy who drinks too much coffee, and then shakes, this is a lifesaver. Even on a light weight tripod, blurred pics are no more.

works as advertised and I use it with the case still on the iphone. The only thing that would have made it better is a small front clamp for shots when the phone is facing straight down. As secure as the clamp is, I do think in that position it could slide a bit loose, so that is something to think about. But as a regular tripod mount it is perfect and easy to slip the phone in and out in a split second.
