And does it have wireless printing capabilityMICHELLE S : Good Morning.... The TL-WR1043ND has a great range. I push mine at 125-150 ft. Also the signal will change due to traffic on the web. It has a usb port on the back, the manual said storage but I bet you can hook up a printer. The only thing I know about a true wireless printer is the bluetooth chip or a wireless networking card installed on the printer. Hope this helpsANDREW R : Wireless router range is difficult to ascertain due to the number of variables that can hamper communication. Router placement, the amount and type of materials that might come between a router and the device(s) it is communicating with, all have an effect on the range of these products. That said, under ideal conditions 70' may well be pushing the envelope for this device. This unit does have a USB port and a print server which can be used to connect a compatible printer to your network.

The TL-WR1043ND Ultimate Wireless N Gigabit Router from TP-Link provides wired and wireless network connection with a 4-port Gigabit switch that allows wireless access to multiple devices in your home without running unsightly wires.

The TL-WR1043ND is backward compatible with 802.11b and g and Align technology from Atheros Communications Inc., is forward compatible with higher-performance, multi-stream, MIMO-based 802.11n which offers an impressive 300Mbps. Besides high speed, 802.11n gives you great performance even at long distances, as well as an SPI firewall to prevent your network from being compromised. Other security features include SSID broadcast control, MAC address access control, WEP encryption, WPA/WPA2 and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK authentication. It has three external antennas to enhance transmission rates and coverage while CAA technology prevents channel conflicts.

Besides home use, the TL-WR1043ND is a great choice for businesses since it offers priority, support and stability to multiple large bandwith-consuming applications which are subject to interruptions, like voice and video. It also has a USB storage port on the back of the router to connect mass storage devices.
