In either case, the simplest solution would be to reset the router. Unfortunately, once you reset the router you will need to re-configure the unit as any settings you may have changed or added will be erased. To reset the router: Use the Factory Default Reset button (located on the rear of the unit): Press the Reset button for five seconds and then wait for the Router to reboot.
