I bought this to use as a multipurpose monopod. It comes in very handy when I need that "extra" height to execute a shot. The fact that it can be used to hold a phone for selfless or a digital camera or even a DSLR is amazing! I did doubt the fact that it could support the weight of a DSLR but much to my surprise it's extremely well built and quite sturdy. No camera shake and no fears of it falling off its mount. The cradle for the phone is quite generous in it's size and adjusts to accommodate almost any smartphone out there while insuring it's stability. The bluetooth also works great and I like the fact that it isn't built into the monopod or that it doesn't require usb charging. Sometimes that isn't always convenient. A simple button battery does the trick. As fas as I can see there are no cons about this device at all. Ir really is a great purchase ad I highly recommend it for all your monopod needs.
