I have a messenger-style bag for times when I want quick access to my camera, but messenger bags can be a little floppy to carry if you're just carrying your gear from point A to point B. I wanted a backpack that wasn't too big, expensive, but well made. This bag fits all these requirements. The Messenger bag gives quicker access, but for long distance traveling when you don't have to take your camera out every five minutes, this bag is more comfortable.
