I have a Nikon D750, AF-S f/3.5-4.5G ED, AF-P 70-300E,AF-S 35 1.8, SB-700 flash and an 9.7 iPad Pro in the bag comfortably. I have had the 2 zooms mounted on D750 and D610 in the bag sort of comfortably, together. Frontpouch can hold lots of thin items(batteries, filters, etc. Bag is an attractive chocolate brown. I’ve seen posts concerned with the description ‘oiled canvas’, don’t worry, it’ a dry surface. Another concern I’ve seen is that the front flap doesn’t seal the interior at the front, a hinged flap at each side seals about 2/3 of the interior from the back. When I close it I pinch from front to back and close the flap. It’s not sealed, but I think it’d keep out any rain, short of a downpour. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the craftsmanship of the bag. I have a Tamrac system (big) bag I bought in 1983. It’s been to 7 countries, several different climates, and survived... well... me.

I looked at quite a few "messenger style" bags before settling on this one. Some I saw online and some locally. I ended up buying the Tamrac Apache. I had used Tamrac bags in the past and always was satisfied with their quality. This bag fits 2 mirrorless camera bodes, lenses, and accessories. It uses quality zippers and materials. It has a great selection of pockets and the interior can be customized easily. The brown color also attracted me, but it is darker than pictured. The shoulder strap is very comfortable. My only criticism is that it is a bit "boxy" for a messenger bag, but still passes as one. It is a well thought out design.

Based on one of the company's most popular lines of camera bags, Tamrac is pleased to re-introduce the best-selling Apache collection of shoulder bags. Designed to house smaller format photo equipment, the Apache collection pays homage to its legacy with a waxed canvas exterior, modernized with today's material and construction methods. The Apache 6.2 is largest of the three models and is designed to carry gripped mirrorless bodies, larger DSLRs and larger lenses such as a 70-200mm. The 6.2's tablet sleeve can comfortably fit an iPad Pro or 11" MacBook Air.
