My old Boomerang Strap had worn out...after 20 years of heavy use. I had purchased another similar neck strap...and right away I noticed it was not near as comfortable as my old boomerang. So I purchased the new boomerang....and it was sure well worth the money.

VERY confortable after a full day of shooting. It just enbraces your neck, not try to cut trough it, like the "advertisement" original DSLR camera original straps. The neoprene confort is unbeatable, and this neoprene strap is VERY well designed. Would choose next time the all black model...The blue is a little garish, IMHO.

Have not used it a great deal yet but seems to be a huge improvement over the stock Olympus strap for the E510; even with the 70-300mm lens attached. Camera weight is NEARLY imperceptible.

The padding is plenty thick enough, and stretchy but still very solid. However, the edges of it are a little rough, and I feel this could lead to chafing if used for an extended period. Also, I anticipated that the quick release would be the kind where, after popping the strap off the camera, you could snap the part still on the camera together to make a mini-handheld-strap; but it's not. For a couple bucks more, you can get one with a memory card holder, but since I shoot film, I didn't need it.

This is a wide, contoured neoprene camera strap that cushions the neck from heavy cameras. The contoured "Boomerang" shape follows the curve of the neck or shoulder while distributing the weight over a wide area. The quick-release buckles allow interchange between other Tamrac quick-release systems.
