About Tether Tools CAT75

The Tether Tools Cat6 550MHz 75ft Network cable (High-Visibility Orange) is the perfect combination of value and performance. Cat6 Network Cable is an ideal solution for tethering long distances. USB cable is not recommended over 15 feet without an active USB extender, as signal loss and noise could occur otherwise. Daisy chaining multiple active USB extenders is a solution but is limited to 79ft.(24m) total.

Cat6 Network cable can extend well past 150ft.(45m) without interference, signal loss or noise. With speeds almost as fast as a traditional USB 2.0, Cat6 makes for a good inexpensive solution when long distances are required. Use in conjunction with the USB - CAT Extender. The Tether Tools Cat6 550MHz 75ft Network cable is made of 24AWG pure copper and gold plated contacts.
