Great Product from a Great Company

I bought this to use on my Canon 60D with EF-S 17-55mm lens attached. It works exactly as described, keeping everything dry in heavy rain. I especially like the fact that it can be used on a tripod and that it has its own neck strap. This is a very well thought out design. The construction is solid and very durable. Shortly after owning it, the supplied lens cover went missing. I went to the Think Tank website and sent an email to their customer service inquiring about how I could go about ordering a new one. I recieved a prompt reply that they would send me a replacement immediately and at no charge. They even threw in a cleaner for the clear vinyl on the cover. Now, that is what I call excellent customer service! I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to keep their gear dry and dust free. Think Tank is an excellent company producing extremely well designed products while offering over the top customer service.
