I actually use the Think Tank Lens Changer 50 and 75 on my Spyder Holster. Works great! So easy to carry my lenses now. No shoulder pain and combined with the Spyder Holster, no swinging camera. One of the best accessory purchases I have made. Highly recommended.
The Think Tank Lens Changer 75 Pop Down V2.0 Belt pouch accommodates longer lenses, such as the 70 - 200 2.8 and similarly sized glass. Unique "Pop Down" feature increases the bag's depth to keep the lens hood in the shooting position. Pouch sized to accommodate the tripod collar attached.

- Accommodates 70 - 200 f/2.8 with hood in shooting position
- The bottom can be zipped up to fit the 70 - 200 f/2.8 with hood reversed
- The modular component can be locked on a belt to keep bag in place on any camera belts
- Components can "Rotate or Lock" on the belt. To rotate, place the white plastic tang behind the belt while attaching the component. Rotating the component prevents the weight of the equipment from creating a pressure point on the hip by being stationary for an extended time
- Wide mouth opening gives you quick access to your lenses
- Outer stretch pocket provides space for a lens cap
- One-hand drawstring closure secures your lenses while allowing you to focus on the next shot
- Smooth back finish on each modular component is easy on clothing and reduces friction while rotating
- Includes a seam sealed rain cover which is stored in a zippered pocket at the bottom of the pouch. When not using the rain cover, this pocket can be used to store a small accessory
