I have been looking for items that I can use to pack my camera equipment when it exceeds the capacity of my backpack that I use when I am traveling. With these items I can use space in my luggage knowing that my extra lenses and other gear will be safe. I also have a belt pack and harness that I can use with them for those occasions I don't need to use my backpack, especially when I am only using two lenses.

This is great my gear will be with me at all times during the wedding. I don't need to get the DJ to watch my bag! Love it. This is my fourth Think tank bag. Always the best quality both materials and workmanship.

Have just returned from a two week vacation to the desert southwest at Zion, Bryce, the Arches and Grand Canyon North and South rims. Hiked at each park with the ThinkTank Modular Component System V2 and the Pixel Racing Harness. I have found that carrying a Pro Speed belt full of (heavy) gear, the Pixel Harness is a must over the Keep It Up strap. Each day I carried a 70-200, 16-35 and 24-70 along with misc. gear in the Speed Changer Pouch and a water bottle pouch. The Canon 5DIII was shoulder carried with a BlackRapid Sport strap. All hikes were day type events lasting upwards of 6 hours and in some cases with temperatures in the 90's. (One Zion hike was 5 miles with an elevation gain of 1500 feet.) Through it all, this system was SO comfortable! Everywhere we went were photographers with backpacks, I never saw another belt system. I can only imagine how uncomfortable they all were first with all the weight on their backs but also how hot it must have been with temps in the 90's. I never felt discomfort as the shoulder harness is light and ventilated with most of the gear weight on the hips. Not only was I comfortable but I had gear access at my finger tips, never having to dismount a pack for a lens change! I can't say enough good things about the ThinkTank Modular Belt System. Did I look "geekie" oh I guess maybe, but my comfort and gear access won the day! Thanks ThinkTank for a wonderful and functional product!
