Well built and stylish. The perfect size. Enough room for a camera and 2-3 lenses. Sturdy enough to protect your equipment.

I love this bag! i use it to carry my camera, lens, and point and shoot. It has extra pockets for my wallet, keys,sd cards, and spare batteries. I love the color, and the strap is comfy too. It came with a raincover also, that was awesome!

I haven't had a chance to use the Retrospective 4 V2.0 Think Tank canvas bag (black) but it is the perfect size for my Hasselblad and lens with a back - whether film or digital. It was a great choice and I'm certain it will serve me for many years to come.

This is the perfect walkaround bag for a mirrorless camera with one extra lens, or even two small cameras. It's well made and looks great.

I was looking for a small bag to take out my Mamiya C300 and I could not be more happy after getting the Retrospective 4, it's a little tight but I can fit the Mamiya with the 105 lenses, Sekonic L-398, four 120 rolls and lens cleaning clothe easy on the bag... probably if I take the sekonic and put it on my pocket from the start I could even fit a second set of lenses! The quality of the bag is top notch, material looks and feels amazing, padding is good enough to protect the camera when going for a calm walk around the city or car trip, adjusting the shoulder strap gives plenty of room to move your bag back and forth so its secure and safe when moving...

Excellent product. Love using it daily. Only thing I would change is to be able to remove the shoulder strap.

It?s a nice bag, I just thought it would be slightly bigger. I expected small, but not quite as much. Overall it is a good product.

Perfect for what I was after. I have both DSLR and mirrorless system. Use a ThinkTank Airport Security for the DSLRs, and have been searching for a small bag for the Fuji's. This fit the bill perfectly so far. I was worried it would be too small, but it is just right.

Nicely carries the gear I use for quick captures and travel, consisting of a Canon EOS M5 with the 18-120mm mounted, the 32mm f/1.4, and 11-22mm. It you plan to carry another lens or flash then you may want to seek the next large bag size. The camera section is reconfigurable (as most bags allow), so you're likely to find ways to fit your kit to make it workable for you. The front compartment will allow you to carry your card hold, filter, cell phone, and more, but it doesn't expand out that far. There's also a back pocket that would could fit something thin, like a cell phone. Fully loaded and carried cross-body, I can go all day without feeling sore or tired. The strap is wide enough that it doesn't cut into you which is important because there's no extra should pad to spread the weight. There's another bag handle across the top that could be removed. The bottom sits squarely on the surface so be careful what you put it on. Velcro closures keep the top flap secured or you could hide them so access to the bag would be silent. Obviously, Think Tank has learned a lot from their users and they've taken that knowledge to produce some really great products.

Using this bag as a small alternative for carrying just a full frame mirrorless body and a second lens. Works well, seems sturdy, but not too heavy.

The little bag that could! I actually liked the bag before I handled the box that the postal clerk handed me as the size was right. It carries what I need, is light weight and comfortable. It is exactly what I was after!

I'm a long time Retrospective 5 user - but always thought there were a few too many zippered pockets and velcroed flaps for a smaller bag. The main storage compartment in the new Retrospective 4 bag eliminates most of the interior pockets and makes it much easier to access gear in the main compartment and move it in and out quickly. I also find I can get the same camera/lens combos in the smaller bag as I had in the 5. The slim design makes for very comfortable carrying. It really is just right for a mirrorless system and holds quite a lot (I've got a Sony AR3 with a mounted 16-35/f2.8 and a 70-200/f4 beside it in the bag). All in all an excellent and refined bag with typical Think Tank quality - and at a very reasonable price. Very attractive in the black finish. Highly recommended if you don?t need the extra pockets and compartments of the larger bags.
