useful and also holds other items
In addition to holding a flash (the vivitar 285hv fits as do all the models from canikon) The pouch will also fit many lenses including a 70-200 without the hood. This also fits onto normal belts, but will not b able to rotate all the around. The extra pocket and on/off velcro control are useful. This is a typical well though out high quality product from Thinkn Tank. It's not for everyone, but if you need something like this it will get the job done.

use it for SB-800 &SB 900 flash
i use the pouch daily to carry an extra flash unit.
The pouch is will padded to carry expensive flash units.
The pouch serves me as good as I would want it to be.

convienent pouch
Worked well for my 580 ex 2 flash.I also used it to carry some of my smaller lenses.

Think Tank Skin Strobe
Definitely a plus to be able to carry my SB900 non mounted on camera. Many times don't really know if flash will be needed for job on the run and carries well with other Think Tank lens pouches.
