DOWNTOWN brings Dolby Atmos and DTS to Dante, supporting Dolby Digital, DD+, Atmos, DTS:X, and PCM up to 9.1 channels, with each channel appearing as a separate Dante audio stream for flexible routing in Dante Controller. It features PoE redundancy, primary and secondary Dante network failover, a dedicated control network, AES67 support, and full API control, making it ideal for theme parks, theaters, stadiums, and broadcast environments. TAA compliant and backed by a 5-year warranty for complete peace of mind.

Supports Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS:X, and PCM up to 9.1 channels for full compatibility with modern immersive and surround formats.

Independent Dante channels.
Each channel is delivered as its own Dante audio stream, allowing for precise routing, mixing, and processing in Dante Controller.

Dante. AES67.
All audio is encoded as discrete Dante streams with full AES67 compatibility for seamless integration into any networked audio environment.

ARC. eARC. HDMI. Optical.
Capture audio from any source with HDMI, Optical, ARC, and eARC inputs.

8K60 HDMI with Loopout. Dolby Vision.
Pass through uncompressed 8K60 video with full support for HDR formats like Dolby Vision. The onboard HDMI input includes a loopout for local monitoring or display without signal loss.

Separate Control Network.
A third network port allows for separation of control from the Dante audio networks.

Stereo Mixdown.
Downmix immersive formats like 5.1, 7.1, or Atmos to stereo for use in legacy zones, recording, or live streaming. With support for up to 10 audio channels, DOWNTOWN delivers a full 7.1 stream as eight independent Dante channels, plus a separate stereo mixdown which can be used to send stereo to live production and live streaming systems while delivering full surround in-room.

Primary and Secondary Dante networks for redundancy.
Dual network ports allow for Primary and Secondary Dante streams, ensuring redundancy and uninterrupted audio in critical applications.

PoE Redundancy.
Both network ports offer PoE power for PoE power redundancy. Plug in the locking DC connector in addition to dual PoE and you have triple power redundancy.

1RU or AV endpoint. Includes Turtle Ears.
DOWNTOWN ships with Turtle Ears with options for 1RU rack mounting or installing behind screens. Its compact metal chassis fits behind displays, under furniture, or in tight spaces-and comes with Turtle Ears for clean 1RU rack installs.

We're calling it Turtle Aqua. You can too. The actual color is 3262 C Pantone. We choose this color so that even when you have them mounted in places you can't see them you know they still look seriously cool.
