Typical Tele Vue quality...pricey, but the machining and finish are first rate - what you expect from Tele Vue.  I bought this to enable use of the TV Bino Vue with the 60 degree diagonal for daytime/terrestrial viewing, as the 90 degree diagonal makes it extremely difficult to use the Bino Vue with the scope (TV85) horizontal to the ground - you have to stand on a box or ladder.  The Bino Vue I purchased (BVP-2002) comes with a 2X Amplifier (BVP-2001) which does not fully seat into the 60 degree diagonal barrel and although I haven't tried it, I think there would be focussing problems.  The Bino Vue BVP-2002 comes with an Extension Coupler into which is threaded a Flat Coupler (BVC-0125). The 2X Amplifier screws into this.  You need a special spanner wrench to remove the Flat Coupler - a hassle, so I ordered an extra Extension Coupler (on back order) into which screws a 2" to 1 1/4" "Flat Top" adapter tube (ACF-2125). This will allow use of the Bino View without the 2X Amplifier tube - you simply swap out the knurled Extension Coupler on the Bino Vue body (into which is screwed the 2X Amplifier tube) and replace it with the Extension Coupler with the "Flat Top" adapter tube. This will allow use of the Bino Vue with the 60 Degree diagonal and should preclude any focusing issues. You lose the 2X amplification, but at relatively close terrestrial ranges, it's not that big a deal. (PS: I'm using two 24mm Panoptics with the Bino Vue, which gives me 25 power of magnification with the TV85.)
