For those who prefer a more hands-off approach, a graphic user interface for Windows is available to remotely manage the unit via IP, with RS232 support ensuring compatibility with third-party control systems.At the heart of the C2-2655's video performance lies tvONE's exclusive CORIO2 technology, renowned for its high-quality bi-directional conversion and switching capabilities across a broad spectrum of analog and digital video formats. As a true "Scan Converter," the device supports a comprehensive range of inputs and outputs including HDMI, DVI, Composite Video, YC, YUV, YPbPr, and RGB, with exclusive SD/HD/3G-SDI output capabilities. The incoming video signal parameters can be finely adjusted to meet the most exacting requirements.The C2-2655 ensures crisp, clear images with a high sampling rate and advanced Digital Flicker Elimination circuitry on CV & YC outputs. Full bandwidth chroma sampling delivers high-resolution colors that are faithfully reproduced. Features such as motion compensation, diagonal interpolation, and a 3:2 Pulldown optimize NTSC image quality, while temporal interpolation enhances frame-rate conversion by intelligently merging successive frames.For customized applications, twelve user-defined presets are available for instant access, allowing on-the-fly adjustments. The "Calibrate" feature by tvONE automatically sizes and positions computer images to fit perfectly on the video display. With a 10x Variable Zoom, any part of an input can be enlarged and positioned to fill the entire video output display, while Variable Shrink offers up to 90% size reduction to fit images on even the smallest screens.The C2-2655 doesn't stop at video; it also includes advanced features for professional audio handling. Integral Stereo Audio switching is facilitated by a 4x1 audio routing switcher with four impedance-independent unbalanced inputs that follow the video input selection. Connectivity is provided through a rear panel terminal block and a 3.5mm jack-socket. Embedded Audio Support allows any audio input to be embedded on all outputs that support embedded audio data (HDMI/Universal DVI/SDI).Additional advanced features include Keying, which allows precise overlay of one input over another, and Transitions for seamless cuts, fades, or wipes between input sources. Picture-In-Picture (PIP) functionality enables an input to be inset in a window over another, with customizable positioning.
