For the price, this is an amazing little grip/tripod. It's mostly plastic, but still feels like decent quality. The extension rod is resistant, so there's no risk of it moving without you wanting it too. My favorite part, though, is obviously the versatility. Having a selfie stick, grip, and tripod all in one is amazing. This covers 90-95% of my action can usage. The only negative is that the legs are held together just by clips in the legs themselves.
