Its a decent setup for holding a smart phone to check your focus and framing, BUT, the jaws are a bit shallow. I use an otter around all my phones. That adds thickness and protection. But the jaws barely hold it because its a thinker package... SO, I am trying to find another purpose for it. Build Quality is good

Clamps do not have enough depth to hold a Samsung SkyPro7 without it falling out.

It is a nice and compact cell phone holder, however the rubber pieces on the top and bottom are straight, so the phone easily slips out when u touch it.
