I shoot HS football, and sometimes it rains. This is perfect! Easy to use. Covers my lens and camera, and it's priced great!

Tested this product in Borneo Malaysia in heavy rain and it really kept the camera and lens dry. Only minor thing is that in HEAVY rain conditions where the humid level is also high it collects some moisture that makes to look at the viewfinder a bit difficult. But those weather conditions are quite rear.

I've used it only once in a drizzle and it gave me confidence to shoot. It's big enough to hold lots of gear with plenty of room for my hands. It takes a little bit of care to wrap the velcro around the long lens to hold it securely while leaving the ability to zoom, but once you get the knack it's not so bad.

I intended to use this with a 16-85 zoom lens but found that the large plastic/velcro lens wrap made access to the lens controls (zoom etc.) pretty much impossible. If I was using a 70-300 or larger, this would be a great choice. The price is right and it offers great access to the camera for both hands. If you aren't zooming, this is a great option.

I had to shoot several football games in drizzling rain and the Kata cover kept my equipment from getting wet and it did not impede my ability to shoot pictures.

Just a quick note: The picture used currently is the E-702 with E-704 attachment. The E-702 only covers the camera, and a short lens. Haven't used the cover in rain yet, will update when I do.

The E-702 lets you continue shooting in harsh weather conditions. It slips quickly over the camera and is easily secured with the adjusters and pull-cords. Two roomy sleeves provide hand access to all camera and lens controls, and the transparent TPU enables easy monitoring all the time.
An adjustable PP hood fits a variety of lens diameters. A full-length double zipper enables complete closure when hand held or on a tripod. The E-702 fits all types of pro Digital / SLR cameras with or without booster or grip.
The E-704 consists of 2 Lens Sleeves, up to 350 and 650mm long, and 1 Hand-Sleeve to access the lens or for attaching a lens support. The E-704 is designed to be attached to Karta's E-702, when shooting with extra long zoom or tele-lenses.
Full length closure along the bottom rim enables quick set-up, and seals tripod connection, while also providing an option to access the lens controls at any point. For sealed access, the hand Sleeve can be connected wherever convenient. The PP hood can be adjusted to fit a variety of lens diameters.
