The printer is a bit of job to get installed and no where in the instructions does it say to reset the ink cartridges on arrival.  It would be better to have them brand new and the owner install them.  The network setup was a tad bit difficult for a non techie guy.  But once it was installed and the cartridges reset, it works like a dream.  Awesome printer.  Glad I waited for it to come available.  Only drawback is the refill cost.  They are really expensive.  But I suppose all ink is expensive.  I would buy again.  Hopefully not to soon.

Quick, quiet printer.  Happy with it.  The only thing I don't like is that you have to pull out the paper drawer to insert a single sheet.  Would have been nice to have a way to just add a sheet without having to do that.

Quick and Efficient

Worked out of the box.  I print from devices all over my home.  The scanner and fax work great as well.  Got it from dell the day after I ordered it!

Great user experience from setup to being able to use the printer very quickly.   Highly recommend this printer if you have a small business!!!   ******

Great MFP for the price

I have seen many color lasers over the years.  This one has a ton of features for the price point.  It is my first color laser I have purchased and have been impressed with the overall performance and print quality. I would not hesitate to buy another one or recommend it to friends or clients.
