Satisfied...

The body came in pristine condition. Low shutter count. I am loving my first full-frame body. It came intact. The battery charger isn't original but for that price, I can't complain. The battery is great. I am happy with my order. I recommend.

My missing link

I found this gem used in a pawn shop with a ridiculously low shutter count for the age of this camera (745. It has a few little cosmetic issues but nothing too serious. I really don’t know what I’d been missing until I picked this camera up. I’d been shooting crop for years and thought I was producing good work and I will keep that camera that’s still in excellent shape (t6i, 750d). This 6D is my new workhorse till it quits!!

Canon 6D - A Job Well Done - thank you Canon!

I have been shooting with this camera for a year, and it's low-light capabilities are just amazing. I have been a photographer since I could carry a camera. Eventually I will go for a 5D, or 1D*** but I simply love this camera. I will not part with it. I've shot both digital and traditional analog, on formats from 35mm up to large format 4X5. I shoot in RAW, and do my monochrome conversions in either DPP or Lightroom. All in all I'm quite pleased with the 6D. The shutter could have been faster, and as others have said there could have been more focusing points.

So happy I decided to upgrade! The SL1 was a great little camera, but the 6D was just the upgrade I needed.

Like New

I have a 6D and needed a backup body. The 6D serves me well in both personal and commercial work. I am confident this is a reliable addition.

Great Full Frame Body

I upgraded to the 6D from a crop mirrorless and am blown away by the increase in image quality. This camera performs well in low-light situations, and produces little noise up to ISO 1600. I have not yet pushed it outside of that range. Learning a Canon body took me a bit of time as I am used to shooting on a Panasonic. There was a definite learning curve in accessing all of the different camera controls. I wish there was a quicker way to adjust aperture while shooting, but I’m sure my fingers will become quicker in time. I love being able to quickly toggle focus. Overall, this is a great camera body.

excellent camera

I have the same camera for almost 4 years, I want to have another one for doing studio photos, and 6D is my choice because of its size, and color rendering. I also have a Rebel which is also great. But I definitely see the color range difference and the quality of photos between 6D and Rebel. I highly recommend 6D to any photographers!

Great deal on great camera

I'm excited to use this more. I have several lenses I used with a cropped sensor and now that I have a full frame, I can't wait to see the results. Loved the little extras included like a memory card, cleaning kit, and bag.

Bang for the buck with some limitations ....

Only 11 AF points in 2013, so stingy of Canon, when even crop sensored 70D had 19 AF points. But if you know how to use'm, they do work fine. Still takes great images but maybe it's worth spending extra $200 to get MKII, now in Dec. 2018. Either way, a win-win for Canon users looking for FF bargain.

Great upgrade

I've had my eye on the 6D for awhile now. Finally upgraded from a rebel T6i, and I'm so glad I did! The difference in low lighting is amazing, and I'm happy to have a full frame now.

Under Rated!

I upgraded from the original 5D to the 6D for shooting landscapes. While there are many great options out there, the legendary low light ability of the original 6D won out for the ability to shoot astro work with such low noise. The only way I could be happier is if I had the same sensor in a mirrorless body!

Best budget full frame DSLR

Best budget full frame DSLR. Love the ease of use. The dynamic range is on the lower end compared to the Sony counterparts but the details are easy to pull when shot with RAW. Since I previously owned a 60D, this was a natural transition as the interface is pretty much same as 60D.

The 6D camera body is awesome!

I love my Canon 6d and it was definitely worth the price. I bought the Canon 50mm to go along with it and the two together take awesome photos! I get compliments on the pictures I take and it does really well in low light photography as well, which is one of the main reasons I purchased this particular body. I highly recommend the 6D!

great bang for the buck like me!

I bought this camera as a last minute purchase for a trip to Florida as my other camera body was in need of repair. I received the camera within 3 days as promised and the postage was free! I also got a great deal on this camera with savings of over $. I was very happy with the photos I took and this camera met all of my expectations. I would recommend this camera to any enthusiast who loves shooting landscapes, people, and wants a great bang for the buck like me!

Quality Full Frame Images, Affordable Price

Got this to backup my 5Dmkiii, lighter weight with a slightly smaller form factor, but with a quality (magnesium body) feel. I got this for astrophotography/Milky Way photos, but it might find its way into my landscape shots too, saving me from changing lens in dusty environments. Overall, very happy with the the purchase.

All I need

I couldn't be happier with my first full frame camera. I was so impressed with my Canon 6D, I quickly bought another one. I'm a wedding photographer so what better than two awesome cameras as opposed to one. I've been shooting professionally for ten plus years, all with canon crop sensor cameras. There's nothing wrong with aps-c cameras, but the full frame Canon 6D gives me more leeway when shooting in low light with high ISO, also there is a significantly higher dynamic range, which makes the most of each frame I shoot. I couldn't be happier...but if I had to change one thing, it would be more AF points, but I've been shooting long enough for that to be the least of my worries. I highly recommend anyone on the fence to pick one up while they last!

I AM OBSESSED!

It is literally so PERFECT! I was so iffy spending so much money online at a site I’ve never ordered before, but I was in tears when I opened the box because all of my hard work has paid off that I could treat myself to a new camera! I am so in love with it. Thank you so much!

Very Impressed with Refurbished Condition

I was skeptical of the condition of the camera body being refurbished. I am very particular about my equipment being in as best of condition as possible. With such a price cut, I was afraid I would receive a camera with some wear on it. I couldn't get past the price and really wanted to upgrade to a full frame camera in my personal equipment. I sucked it up and gave it a shot. Let me be clear in this. The camera body I received looked like it has never been used. I don't know the shutter count yet, but I will guess that it is very low because the camera body shows no signs of use. If you want a fantastic deal to bump up to the world of full frame cameras, this is the way to go!

Because this Canon 6D has it all: the ability to handle multiple frame rates for video capturing, a Clear View LCD Monitor for image previewing, and enough raw photographic firepower to please anyone, from amateurs to professionals.

What may separate this body from the herd at Adorama, however, is its raw compatibility. It’s wireless, able to connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi ® and upload your images directly to social networking sites. It’s compatible with SD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards, including the new Ultra-High-Speed (UHS-I) cards. This makes it more versatile than many camera bodies out there—and when it comes to bodies, versatility is a must.

But let’s take a closer look at this body to see exactly how it delivers on each of these points:

Product Highlights

  • Basic facts: Let’s start with the nitty-gritty. This body’s 20.2 Megapixel Full-Frame CMOS sensor with 14-bit A/D conversion ensures that you’ll be able to handle the wide range ISO setting from 100-25600, shooting in dim light, bright light, and everything in between. And all the while, you can rely on a DIGIC 5+ Image Processor to shut out all of that processing noise. It helps that the processing works just as quickly as it does quietly.
  • Beautiful video: What makes beautiful video? The ability to shoot in multiple frame rates—for example, 1080p at 30p. The 4 GB automatic file partitioning—which is just a way to say continuous recording—allows you to shoot videos up to 29 minutes and 59 seconds, giving you all of the time necessary to capture that oppressively long bridesmaid speech.
  • Wireless compatibility. We live in a wireless age; similarly, the Canon 6D is a wireless camera for many of its functions, including a Wi-Fi® transmitter that allows you to upload your images to social networking profiles with as much ease as, well, pressing a few buttons. This is great for amateur photographers who want to share their images as soon as possible.
  • Durable and versatile. How does one camera body achieve both durability and versatility? Through a compact and lightweight design. Its shutter durability is tested up to 100,000 cycles, giving you a ridiculous amount of confidence as you use the Canon 6D over and over again.
  • Crisp image previewing. We here at Adorama know that no photographer is good without feedback, and to that end, this body offers a 3-inch Clear View LCD monitor, a 160-degree viewing angle, and (not a typo) a 1,040,000 dot VGA. Reflection resistance, multi coating, high-transparency materials: all part of the package.

Add the CANON EOS 6D DIGITAL SLR CAMERA BODY or even a used Canon 6D to your professional repertoire or make it the sole piece in your amateur collection: either way you’re sure to give yourself high-quality videos and pictures in all manners of lighting and events. You won’t be able to find discounted Canon cameras with this kind of value anywhere else—which means the time to act? It’s now.
