No speakers!
Didn't really that it didn't come with speakers. It was recommended when I bought the desk top.

Great monitor
I use this with my Dell laptop and it is great. I can do some color work with it in Photoshop and things look great. Great buy for me.

Poor design by Dell. Unacceptable.
Horrible product design. Does not have HDMI input. Had only ancient VGA and has DisplayPort while Dell’s Inspiron Computers do not have DisplayPort so only possible connection is ancient VGA.

Excellent monitor, very happy with interface
Excellent HD monitor for the price. DisplayPort and VESA mount compatibility is why I initially purchased, I'll likely buy another.
No issues using with Linux.

Great monitor - especially with the (not included) Dell Sound Bar.
Great monitor - works good and looks good. Has VGA & DisplayPort connections and a built in USB hub. It's really nice with the xtra Dell AC511 soundbar that attached to the bottom of it - and uses the monitors USB for sound as well as power.

We are pleased!
The screen is clear and well-sized to work on 2 projects at once. We also watch family movies on it sometimes and its plenty big for all 6 of us to view.

Best monitor I ever used!
Wonderful clarity, sharpness, and easy to customize. I started out on a DEC yellow screen. Thought I'd never see anything better then my first VGA monitor and Legend of Zelda. My new Dell?!?!? Yippeee Tai Yea! (Sorry. Roy Rogers was a big influence on me when I was a kid....<G>

It's a Monitor
Visually good but, speakers are lousy and you don't even get the audio cables with it they are a separate purchase.

Nothing fancy but decent enough to get the job done!
Used for coding mainly... Would have loved if I would have bought the monitor which folds vertically and has inbuilt speaker... But this one is not bad either...

Dell 22 Monitor- E2216H
This is a great monitor. I bought it so that I could have dual monitors for working on my studies. It has a crystal clear picture and is easy to install and setup.

Super simple installation
I bought this to replace an old one that died. Was really simple to install, just needed an adapter for the cable as my computer (an older model XPS) didn't have the correct port

Perfect for the office
My company bought this monitor because ours stopped working. It is great for the office. The image quality is perfect for us to do photo editing and to do basic graphic designing. It was also extremely easy to hook it up. The only thing is if you have an older computer that does not have a Display port on it, you will need to get an adapter.

Priced Right!
Not as convenient as an earlier version of this model that connected via an HDMI cable (because that version of the E2216H monitor included speakers), but still capable of connection via VGA cable.
